What kinds of properties do you service?
We work with apartment communities, HOAs, mixed-use developments, and commercial properties across Dallas-Fort Worth. We service pet waste stations, patrol common areas and green spaces, and reset dog parks and dog runs on a set schedule.
How is commercial service priced?
Station service is priced per station per visit, and the rate depends on how often we come. Dog waste patrol is priced by the acre. After a site visit, we send a written proposal for your property.
We already have a groundskeeper. Why would we need you?
We work alongside your groundskeepers and maintenance team. Servicing stations and picking up pet waste takes a lot of their time. Handing it to us frees them for landscaping, make-readies, and repairs.
Do you service mid-rise and mixed-use communities?
Yes. We service stations along walkways, courtyards, garage entries, and dog parks, wherever your residents walk their dogs.
Do you work with management companies that have several properties?
Yes. We can start with one community and expand to others, with the same service standards and proposal format at each one.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. UrbanTail is fully insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance for your vendor file.
Which areas do you serve?
